About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead talent acquisition and support core people programmes. The HR Talent & People Specialist will partner with managers to attract top talent, drive workforce initiatives and strengthen the link between HR and the business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, assessment, interview management, selection and offer coordination with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for commercial, field and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs and networking activities.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics and people development priorities.
- Support talent identification, succession planning and career development initiatives in collaboration with managers.
- Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and field visits to strengthen employee engagement, understand business needs and build strong relationships with managers and teams.
- Coordinate the performance management cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews and follow‑up on individual development plans.
- Identify learning and development needs in partnership with managers and coordinate training initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, internal communication activities and retention projects that support a positive employee experience.
- Review and develop HR policies and people processes, ensuring effective implementation across the organisation.
- Participate in and lead Group HR projects supporting organisational development, employee experience and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- University/college degree (HR or Business‑related studies preferred).
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Availability for business trips within Greece when required.
- Hands‑on experience across key HR disciplines.
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar people‑focused HR role.
