HR Operations & CSR Manager

About the role

The HR Operations & CSR Manager will coordinate and execute a broad range of HR operations and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Reporting to senior management, the role combines hands‑on HR processes with project coordination and communication with the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the local HR agenda, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate organisational needs into effective HR solutions.
• Run day‑to‑day HR operations such as performance reviews, salary adjustments, bonuses and workforce forecasts.
• Develop and implement local CSR initiatives in line with Group priorities.
• Manage HR and CSR projects end‑to‑end, coordinating internal and external partners.
• Handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance and development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for Group HR, ensuring alignment on priorities and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and employee data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (post‑graduate degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a commercial, structured multinational environment.
• Hands‑on experience with HR operations, reporting and HR systems.
• Proven experience in CSR initiatives and related reporting.
• Experience with Group reporting and international stakeholders.
• Strong project, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
