Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hospitality & Tourism

About the role

Randstad, a global leader in HR and recruitment services, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Hospitality & Tourism division. This hybrid, full‑time position is based in Athens and focuses on sourcing and placing talent for hotel and tourism clients.

Key responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Leverage your network and industry expertise to identify, assess, and match candidates with client requirements.
• Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and deliver tailored shortlists.
• Candidate Experience: Guide job seekers through a smooth, positive recruitment journey.
• Team Spirit & Engagement: Support recruitment consultants with industry knowledge to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Tourism (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Literacy in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality and tourism recruitment.
