Recruitment Consultant – Full-cycle hiring

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at HireHero, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle — from understanding client needs to delivering top‑tier candidates and closing successful placements. You’ll act as a trusted hiring partner to clients and a career advisor to candidates, all in a high‑energy, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple roles and clients.
• Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Coordinate interviews and offer processes.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Build long‑term talent pipelines.
• Consistently hit weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proactive, hunter‑style mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines.
• Confidence in managing clients and candidates.
• Commercial awareness and target‑driven attitude.
• Passion for people and closing deals.
