Recruitment Consultant – Full-cycle hiring role

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at HireHero, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle — from understanding client needs to delivering top‑tier candidates and closing successful placements. You’ll act as a trusted hiring partner to clients and a career advisor to candidates in a high‑energy, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles & clients
• Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards & direct outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Coordinate interviews and offer processes
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Build long-term talent pipelines
• Consistently hit weekly & monthly KPIs

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development
• Strong communication in Greek & English
• Proactive, hunter‑style mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines
• Confidence in managing clients & candidates
• Commercial awareness & target‑driven attitude
• Passion for people and closing deals
