Talent Sourcing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment across multiple European markets from our Athens office. The role focuses on proactively sourcing, engaging and building pipelines of German‑speaking and other European talent in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive candidates across several European markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards and Boolean search.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent pipelines.
• Provide market insights, competitor intelligence and track sourcing performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience sourcing talent for European markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Agency recruitment experience advantageous but not required.
