Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic recruitment team. The analyst will act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of queries. This position is fully remote and requires fluency in English.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs.
• Source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings with applicants, referrals, and interested candidates.
• Organize and lead interview processes.
• Prepare financial offers and manage recruitment paperwork.
• Maintain and update candidate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or related social sciences.
• 1‑2 years of recruitment experience in an international or multicultural environment (preferred).
• Proactive attitude with strong initiative and follow‑through.
• Ability to research market trends and translate insights to the business.
• Effective independent work and collaborative teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and quality monitoring.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Approachable, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Proficiency with office automation tools.
• Fluency in English.
