Head of HR Excellence

About the role

Pharmathen, a leading developer and manufacturer of specialized pharmaceutical products, is seeking a Head of HR Excellence to lead the translation of business strategy into HR strategy across recruitment, talent, performance, learning and organisational excellence at its Marousi site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy, implementing programs, processes and tools that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, legal and duty‑of‑care requirements.
• Drive change‑management initiatives to boost employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead talent‑management frameworks, including talent forums, employer branding, career‑path design and onboarding processes.
• Monitor operational KPIs and HR performance through dashboards and analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders and Talent Acquisition to create strategic workforce plans.
• Review and update HR policies to reflect organisational culture and regulatory requirements.
• Direct, motivate and develop the HR team to deliver high‑quality support to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR management experience covering recruitment, labour law and employee relations.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven transformational leadership and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong business acumen, organisational and analytical skills.
