About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic recruitment team. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of queries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and attract top candidates.
• Source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and post job advertisements.
• Conduct phone screenings, organize interviews, and manage the interview process.
• Prepare financial offers and handle recruitment paperwork with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or related social sciences.
• 1‑2 years of recruitment experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
