Talent Acquisition Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic recruitment team. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of queries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.
• Post job advertisements and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct phone screenings, organize and lead interviews.
• Prepare financial offers and manage recruitment paperwork.
• Maintain and update candidate records accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or related social sciences.
• 1‑2 years of recruitment experience in an international or multicultural environment (preferred).
• Proactive, initiative‑driven with strong follow‑through.
• Ability to research market trends and translate insights.
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and quality monitoring.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, negotiation, and English fluency.
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team.
