HR Transformation Consultant – Athens

About the role

Accenture is looking for an HR Transformation Consultant to join its Athens team. You will partner with business leaders and multidisciplinary experts to design and deliver technology‑enabled HR solutions that improve employee experience and create strategic value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client ambitions and HR needs into business, process, operating model, digital and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Design future HR visions, operating models, processes and services that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Lead defined workstreams within HR transformation programmes, coordinating activities, outputs, risks and stakeholder inputs.
• Facilitate client interviews and workshops, synthesize insights and convert findings into structured recommendations.
• Support adoption of digital HR platforms and AI capabilities, including generative and agentic AI use cases.
• Assess workforce capability needs, identify skill gaps and contribute to upskilling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, management consulting, HR transformation or Digital HR delivery.
• Strong knowledge in at least one HR domain such as HR strategy, organization design, talent, total rewards or employee experience.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end transformation programmes and leading workstreams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European or Middle‑Eastern language is a plus.
