Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Join SpeakIt’s dynamic team in Greece as a Recruitment Specialist. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and placing top talent while delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment databases, ATS and other channels.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates, presenting CVs and assessments to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful placement.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent sourcing.
• Proficient English; knowledge of Dutch or Italian is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
