Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Euronet is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its Greece team. This generalist HR position combines operational ownership of the employee lifecycle with strategic partnership, data‑driven decision making and contribution to wider people transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner proactively with leaders to translate business priorities into people actions, using workforce data, analytics and AI to improve productivity and organisational effectiveness.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, development, mobility, performance management and exit – while ensuring strong execution of employee relations, reward, payroll inputs and engagement.
• Maintain robust HR governance and compliance with Greek employment law, internal policies and statutory requirements; identify and manage people risks through audits and reporting.
• Provide expertise on compensation, pay transparency, job architecture and other employment matters, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on HR Business Partnering experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour law and HR governance practices.
• Confidence with data and analytics, able to turn HR insights into actionable decisions.
• Comfortable using AI and digital tools to boost HR productivity.
• Commercial, proactive, solution‑oriented with strong influencing and coaching abilities; fluent in Greek and English.
