About the role

We are expanding our SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice and looking for talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultants. As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will participate in full‑cycle implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in full‑cycle implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning and Time Management.
• Lead and contribute to project phases including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, documentation, testing, training and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with clients’ HR and IT teams to translate business needs into functional SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules in line with best practices and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP HCM and other enterprise modules.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post‑implementation support.
• Deliver high‑quality consulting solutions and build long‑term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 + years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or SAP HCM consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Performance, Learning).
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and cloud‑based HR solutions.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of working independently.
