Payroll & HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The Payroll & HR Operations Specialist joins the PayHub Team to provide end‑to‑end HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will ensure accurate execution of HR processes, support both local and international assignments, and act as a key point of contact for employee queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities, from new‑hire onboarding to exit procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain leave, absence and sickness records, coordinating with project requirements and occupational health services.
• Collect and consolidate attendance and timesheet data for technical teams and allocate staff to projects.
• Coordinate international mobility tasks, including A1 certificates, e‑EFKA procedures and compliance documentation.
• Provide first‑line HR help‑desk support on ESS, leave, expense claims, private insurance and certificates.

Required profile

• Advanced training in Human Resources, Economics or a related field, or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.
• Clear oral and written communication skills in English and a high level of confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRMS systems (e.g., Pylon System of Epsilonet is a plus).
