Head of Learning & Development (L&D)

About the role

PeopleCert is seeking a visionary, tech‑savvy Head of Learning & Development to shape and execute a global learning strategy. You will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of innovative learning programs that boost performance, build capability and nurture a culture of lifelong learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global learning framework aligned with business priorities and agile learning principles.
• Lead PeopleCert’s worldwide learning and talent development strategy, ensuring alignment with cultural values.
• Oversee performance‑management processes, fostering a growth mindset and continuous feedback.
• Create development pathways for career progression and leadership readiness.
• Use employee engagement data, pulse surveys and analytics dashboards to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Conduct annual training‑needs analysis using qualitative feedback and data analytics.
• Develop and deliver blended learning programs using e‑learning, virtual classrooms, microlearning and collaborative platforms.
• Integrate AI‑driven learning technologies to personalize journeys, track performance trends and close skill gaps.
• Curate multimedia training materials (videos, e‑learning modules, interactive simulations).
• Partner with external providers and thought leaders to bring cutting‑edge global learning experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, Organizational Psychology or related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development in a corporate setting.
• Proven managerial experience leading teams or large‑scale learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and technology‑enabled learning ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills with stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency (C2 level preferred) and strong computer literacy.
