About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the organization’s hiring needs by delivering an effective and engaging end‑to‑end recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role manages recruitment processes across various functions while contributing to talent pipelines, recruitment systems and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, from job briefing and posting through sourcing, interviewing, offer and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective and timely hiring decisions.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through appropriate channels and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews and coordinate the overall selection process.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment information within the ATS and support effective use of recruitment tools.
- Monitor recruitment progress and contribute to talent acquisition reporting and KPIs.
- Support employer branding, career events, university relations and talent attraction initiatives.
- Support onboarding and pre‑boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners when required.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (Master’s in HR is an asset).
- 2–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in‑house.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong communication, interviewing and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Comfortable working with recruitment data and reporting.
Required skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workable.
- Proficiency in recruitment data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
