Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will shape the future of Zeus Hotels & Resorts by attracting and hiring exceptional talent for its growing portfolio in Greece. You will create meaningful candidate experiences, partner with hotel managers and turn recruitment into a strategic advantage that supports the group’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and seasonal positions across the hotel group.
• Partner with department heads and hotel managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals and direct search.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate selection stages and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain talent pipelines, recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives, recruitment events and university partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Greece when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms / applicant tracking systems.
• Strong use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
