Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

ATCOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for its digital product teams. You will partner with department heads and hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Proactively source and engage candidates for technology positions, building talent pipelines.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, providing clear briefs and feedback.
• Utilise Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter daily to keep candidate pipelines organized.
• Monitor hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and represent ATCOM at career events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in tech companies.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and handle multiple open positions.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and make sound judgments.
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is an asset.
