Talent Acquisition Manager – Greece

About the role

L'Oréal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all divisions in Greece. You will shape the talent pipeline, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for all business functions.
• Source diverse, high‑potential candidates and build talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic hiring advice.
• Oversee candidate journey to guarantee inclusivity and quality.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives, including university partnerships and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Master’s or postgraduate degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 6‑7 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and influencing abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing hiring processes.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
