Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

Oliver Wyman is a global management consulting firm seeking a Consultant to join its Athens office. You will work on complex client challenges, conduct research, analyze data, and help shape strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews to generate clear insights for clients.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and structure recommendations.
• Prepare client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, workshops and discussion materials.
• Collaborate with project teams across industries and capabilities, with opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Required profile

• Holder of a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree, any discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset, initiative, intuition and creativity.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Demonstrated leadership or impact through extracurricular activities or work experience.
