About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking motivated students to join as Consultant Interns in Athens. You will become a fully integrated member of a project team, working on real business challenges from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem‑solving to develop client recommendations and deliverables.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants, participate in team discussions and client interactions, and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating within 1‑2 years.
- Strong academic performance, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrated leadership or extracurricular involvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Greek and English.
