HR Generalist – Manufacturing Environment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist to support a dynamic manufacturing operation. The role partners closely with leaders and shop‑floor employees to deliver day‑to‑day HR services and foster a high‑performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding.
• Maintain HR master data and organizational structures in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of hires, terminations, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses and compliance with Greek labor legislation.
• Administer employee benefits and support related HR processes.
• Produce regular HR reports, KPIs and people analytics for business decision‑making.
• Conduct blue‑collar recruitment, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and liaise with agencies.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, acting as a trusted HR contact for employees and supervisors.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements and digital HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor legislation and payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both management and shop‑floor staff.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle confidential information.
