Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full hiring cycle, partner closely with hiring managers and clients, and deepen expertise in tech recruitment within our fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned tech roles, from intake and sourcing to offer extension.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements, candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, databases and referrals.
• Conduct in‑depth screening and competency‑based interviews, assessing technical fit, motivation and cultural alignment.
• Present shortlisted candidates with clear feedback and recommendations, and lead offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ATS and candidate database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced in‑house tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and a solid understanding of software engineering, data, DevOps and QA positions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and English language skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, professionalism and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
