Human Resources Associate (Refinery)

About the role

Motor Oil Hellas (MOH) is a leading petroleum refining, energy and utilities company. The HR Associate will work at the Motor Oil Refinery through a subsidiary, based in Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth, supporting various HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and phone screening.
• Support internship programs, managing the ATLAS internship platform and related activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support candidate and employee interviews.
• Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM).
• Support the performance management cycle and related HR processes.
• Handle HR‑related matters such as employee health insurance administration and other employee services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
