HR & Payroll Consultant – Thessaloniki

About the role

As an HR & Payroll Consultant you will work with ENTERSOFTONE’s clients to optimise their HR and payroll systems, advise on business processes and ensure smooth software adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software, helping teams and clients optimise system usage.
• Advise on business processes based on a strong understanding of HR and payroll functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll issues for customers and partners, maintaining accurate ticket updates.
• Design, develop and deliver end‑user training sessions to enhance adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR and/or payroll roles.
• 3+ years of experience in the business software sector.
• Excellent knowledge of HR/Payroll software products and payroll legislation.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude with proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
