Mid‑Senior HR Generalist – Manufacturing

About the role

HumanI is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a dynamic manufacturing client in Greece. You will act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle and contributing to a high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and administration in SAP SuccessFactors, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and off‑boarding.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll, collaborate with payroll providers and finance, and ensure compliance with Greek labour legislation.
• Conduct blue‑collar recruitment, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and support employer‑branding activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day employee relations support on the shop floor, handling queries, investigations and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration, learning & development activities and HR analytics reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Business Support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and familiarity with Greek labour legislation is a plus.

• Gross monthly salary around €2,500–€3,000, based on experience.
