Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cyprus or Athens

About the role

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier technology professionals for our clients in Cyprus and Athens. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate business goals into effective recruitment strategies while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns across social media, job boards, networking events and industry conferences.
• Align recruitment plans with the company’s strategic objectives and workforce planning.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and selection criteria.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active talent for current and future needs.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
• Champion the employer brand through engaging content and employer‑value‑proposition initiatives.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related field; CIPD qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience recruiting for technology roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
