Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Plum is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Athens office and support the company’s ambitious global growth. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, with a strong emphasis on technology roles, and help shape the candidate experience and employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical (engineering, product, data) and non‑technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to build proactive pipelines of high‑quality candidates.
• Track and report hiring performance and pipeline health using clear data metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, hiring best practices, and recruitment strategy guidance.
• Collaborate with Talent and People teams on employer branding, candidate experience, and process improvement projects.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, acting as an ambassador for Plum’s culture and values.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, high‑energy team.
