HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to help deliver a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, focusing on employee experience, learning, performance management, engagement and internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to development, internal mobility and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support the annual performance management cycle and related development activities.
• Identify learning needs and organise internal and external training programmes.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys and help implement action plans.
• Design and roll out initiatives related to engagement, wellbeing, recognition and culture.
• Prepare internal HR communications and organise company events and workshops.
• Support employer branding, career events and candidate experience initiatives.
• Participate in local and group HR projects, preparing reports and people metrics.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits to ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office; experience with HR information systems is a plus.
• Organisational reliability, discretion and a proactive approach.
