360 Recruitment Consultant – Multiple Sectors

About the role

Randstad Greece is looking for ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to connect top talent with leading companies across a range of sectors, including Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Digital, Life Sciences, Industrial Services, Engineering and Business Support. You will play a pivotal role in building careers and empowering businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new clients, developing a strong portfolio across various sectors.
• Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored HR solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement and onboarding.
• Provide market insights and strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
• Create engaging, target‑group‑oriented job advertisements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and ensure efficient administrative processes using digital tools.
• Advise on employment law, collective agreements and GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a 360‑degree role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English.
