German‑Speaking Sourcing Specialist – European Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Sourcing Specialist to join our international Talent Acquisition team. In this regional position you will support hiring across multiple European markets, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders to attract top German‑speaking talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive German‑speaking candidates across Europe.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, referrals and Boolean search.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent pipelines.
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Track sourcing performance metrics and continuously improve effectiveness.
• Promote the employer brand through targeted candidate engagement and networking.

Required profile

• Fluent German and advanced English.
• Previous experience sourcing German‑speaking talent.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and modern sourcing techniques.
• Experience engaging passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Agency recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
