Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

UpcoMinds is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full‑cycle recruitment of IT professionals across Greece and Europe. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse technology roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Write compelling job descriptions and post them on multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance on career opportunities and market trends.
• Utilize candidate databases, social media, AI‑powered tools, and the ATS to source and engage qualified talent.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• BSc in IT, Communication, HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate independently or within a team.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with resume databases and AI‑driven sourcing tools.
