Global HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner to act as the single point of contact for all HR matters for executive and senior management worldwide, aligning the HR agenda across business and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for executive and senior management across all regions.
• Drive HR projects and initiatives across multiple teams and countries, collaborating closely with HR and business functions.
• Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development and workforce planning.
• Translate HR data, KPIs and trends into structural and organizational recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to aid business and HR decision‑making.
• Develop and track key HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Project Management or Consulting within an international, matrix organization.
• Proven track record designing or re‑engineering HR operating models across a matrix.
• Ability to navigate competing executive priorities.
• Exceptional communication, networking and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and a structured, data‑driven approach.
