People Analytics Specialist

About the role

TITAN Group is looking for a People Analytics Specialist to turn workforce data into actionable business insights. Reporting to the Group HR Technology Manager, you will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify trends, improve data quality, and automate reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analyses and insights on key people and workforce topics using the Group's People Analytics ecosystem.
• Drive integration, automation, and quality monitoring of data from core HR platforms, working with HR, IT, and external partners.
• Identify recurring reporting activities for automation and evaluate AI/advanced analytics opportunities to enhance workforce insights.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, HR, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR Technology or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to work with complex datasets and translate analysis into business insights.
• Experience with HR data and processes is strongly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
