Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Sandblu Resort is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support its luxury hospitality operations across Santorini and Athens. You will be the go‑to HR professional, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee records.
• Act as the primary contact for staff on HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Handle employee‑relations issues, including investigations, documentation and resolutions.
• Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment periods and respond to employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and HRIS data.
• Support training, development and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and audit documentation as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, benefits and performance‑management processes and their automation.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and willingness to split time between Santorini (summer) and Athens (winter).

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
