Human Resources Generalist – HR Strategy & Employee Lifecycle

About the role

The Moraitis School is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to act as a trusted advisor to line management. You will implement HR strategies, support the full employee lifecycle, and lead key HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR processes, tools and services in partnership with line managers.
• Lead recruitment and employer‑branding activities, including job fairs and university relations.
• Conduct induction workshops for new hires and manage internal mobility.
• Coordinate compensation programs and support performance‑review cycles.
• Maintain personnel records, ensure HRMS data accuracy, and update policies.
• Provide advice on complex employee‑relations issues and local legislation.
• Collect benchmarking data, run employee surveys, interpret results and drive action plans.
• Generate HR statistics, reports and monitor headcount against forecasts.
• Coordinate strategic HR projects from scope definition to delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably within an educational or service‑oriented organization.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders.
