HR & Payroll Software Consultant – SCAN HRMS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Software Consultant to join our HR Applications Services & Support team. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients implementing the SCAN HRMS platform, guiding them from project kickoff through go‑live and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new client implementation projects and ensure successful transition to productive use of SCAN HRMS.
• Configure and customise the SCAN HRMS application to match each client’s operational requirements.
• Deliver end‑user training and provide guidance on optimal platform usage.
• Offer remote and on‑site functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers on complex implementations.
• Conduct business, gap, and solution analyses to design appropriate system configurations.
• Recommend system improvements and best practices aligned with HR and payroll processes.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in payroll, HR administration or HR & payroll consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with SCAN HRMS (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek labour and social security legislation.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
