Spa Therapist

About the role

As a Spa Therapist at LUURA on Paros, you are a key contributor to the guest wellness journey, delivering spa treatments that reflect the brand's standards of care, professionalism and tranquility. You create a relaxing, safe and personalised experience for every guest, working independently while collaborating closely with the spa and hotel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments (massage, body treatments, facials and wellness therapies) in line with LUURA standards and protocols.
• Hold professional guest consultations to understand needs, preferences and health considerations before treatments.
• Keep treatment rooms immaculate and ready before and after each service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety in line with policies and health regulations.
• Use spa products, equipment and tools correctly and safely, following SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products in a professional, guest-focused way.
• Keep accurate treatment records and report guest feedback or concerns to the Spa Manager.
• Keep linen, supplies and products stocked and organised; report equipment faults, maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality, follow lost and found procedures, and cooperate with Spa Reception, Housekeeping and Hotel Operations.
• Host guests according to SOPs and the Spa Manager's direction, and maintain a professional appearance and grooming.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy or wellness treatments.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort or professional spa is preferred.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, anatomy and wellness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently within a team.
• High standards of hygiene, professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
• Eligible to work in an EU country; English is required.
