Assistant Restaurant Manager - All-Day Dining

About the role

Luura Paros Cliff, a luxury hotel in Paros, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its all-day dining restaurant, LENEA. You will be the Restaurant Manager's right hand, working hands-on on the floor to keep service smooth, coach the team and uphold the brand's operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and lead by example on the floor
• Coach, train and support team members, and run pre-shift briefings
• Build strong guest relationships, anticipate needs, handle special requests and resolve concerns
• Ensure staff know menus, beverages, promotions and service standards, and encourage thoughtful upselling
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and other departments
• Support scheduling, onboarding, training and performance development
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, health and safety standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management
• Help manage costs, productivity and departmental performance, and use guest feedback to improve service

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, beach club or lifestyle hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, service standards and restaurant operations
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching and motivating teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Eligible to work within the European Union
