Senior Consultant – Rewards & Benefits

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join Korn Ferry’s Rewards & Benefits practice. You will work with leading organisations across Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus, helping them solve complex workforce and reward challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Support organisations in preparing for and responding to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Design and implement job architecture and levelling frameworks.
• Develop career pathways and frameworks to improve talent mobility and workforce planning.
• Conduct job evaluation and role benchmarking using Korn Ferry methodologies.
• Assess pay structures, grading frameworks and reward programmes for market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Deliver reward analytics, pay‑equity assessments and workforce insights to support strategic decisions.
• Help clients align organisational structures, jobs, rewards and talent strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or related field (Master’s advantageous).
• 5‑6 years of experience in rewards consulting, compensation & benefits, job architecture or related HR consulting.
• Proven experience delivering projects in total rewards, EU pay transparency, job architecture, career frameworks, job evaluation, pay structures or workforce transformation.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent business acumen, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, able to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
