SAP SuccessFactors Manager – Human Capital

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Manager to join Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation team in Athens. The role leads client engagements, advises on HR technology solutions, and supports testing and rollout activities while driving continuous learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate project teams, setting high performance standards.
• Advise clients on HR technology implementations and design global HR operating models.
• Enhance Deloitte’s SuccessFactors and HR transformation service offerings.
• Manage testing cycles, roll‑outs and ensure projects meet plan timelines.
• Diagnose problems, analyse data and develop effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data‑driven recommendations.
• Design architectural landscapes for SuccessFactors integrations within client systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR Management, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 6‑8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least two full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong English communication skills; Greek language a plus.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and fulfil any applicable military obligations.
