SAP Business & Support Specialist

About the role

Village Roadshow Operations, a member of Antenna Group, is looking for a SAP Business & Support Specialist in Athens. The role combines SAP business process knowledge with application support and technical understanding, working closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement and other teams as a bridge between business needs, SAP functionality and external SAP partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP application and business process support to users across the organization.
• Translate business requirements into SAP requirements, improvements or configuration requests.
• Troubleshoot business processes across SAP SD, MM, FI and CO, and analyze incidents and user requests.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants on configuration changes, developments and complex incidents.
• Participate in SAP projects, enhancements and process improvement initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation and result validation.
• Support SAP master data, user administration, roles and authorizations, and integrations with POS, payroll and other systems.
• Assist in designing, testing and monitoring interfaces and APIs, and coordinate SAP transports and deployments.
• Maintain documentation of processes, changes, interfaces, incidents and solutions, and build an internal SAP knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience with SAP, preferably in application support, functional support, business analyst or a similar role.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, end-user support, UAT and system change implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for SAP consultants and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good communication in Greek and English.

Required skills

• SAP SD, MM, FI and CO functional knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP master data, user roles and authorizations, and SAP environments (Development, Test, Production).
• Advantageous: SAP HANA, database concepts, integrations and APIs, and SAP certification or training in SD, MM, FI, CO or SAP S/4HANA.
