Regional Procurement Manager – Talent (CESA)

About the role

EY is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager for Talent across Central, Eastern and South‑Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CESA). Reporting to the Europe Central Talent Leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to Talent stakeholders, develop and execute category strategies, and drive procurement performance for talent‑related spend.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent leaders and global stakeholders to define sourcing strategies for talent‑related categories.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve Talent category strategies and governance.
• Increase visibility and control of Talent spend across the CESA region.
• Assess, analyse and manage category spend, driving maturity through supplier management and best‑practice sourcing.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
• Deliver procurement performance targets, including cost savings and commercial value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within talent or HR categories.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders at Partner/Director level.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess spend and drive category maturity.
