Recruiter – Talent Sourcing & Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join the HR Department of Manager’s Office, a leading consulting firm operating in Greece and worldwide. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing and onboarding top talent to support our clients’ growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, databases and other channels, building talent pools for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define hiring goals and align recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, evaluate skills and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through background checks, offers and onboarding.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the HR CRM and continuously improve sourcing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional.
• People‑oriented, results‑driven with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources (Bachelor or MBA preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR CRM systems for tracking candidates and recruitment metrics.
