Mid-Senior HR Generalist

About the role

HumanI is seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Generalist to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will partner with leaders and employees to deliver day‑to‑day HR operations and help build a high‑performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and off‑boarding.
• Maintain HR master data and run monthly payroll preparation in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with Greek labor legislation.
• Conduct blue‑collar recruitment, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and support internship/apprenticeship programs.
• Provide on‑site employee‑relations support, handle queries, investigations and promote engagement.
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs and people analytics; support internal/external audits and HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations/Business Support.
• Strong knowledge of English and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with employee‑relations activities and HR administration processes.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) for HR administration and payroll.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
