HR & Payroll Software Consultant – SCAN HRMS

About the role

Our client, a leading software and technology organization, seeks an experienced HR & Payroll Software Consultant to join the HR Applications Services & Support team. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle of the SCAN HRMS platform, helping clients transition to productive use of the system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new client implementation projects and ensure successful transition to SCAN HRMS.
• Configure and customize the SCAN HRMS application to meet each client’s operational requirements.
• Deliver end‑user training and provide guidance on optimal platform use.
• Provide remote and on‑site functional support to clients.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers on complex implementation projects.
• Perform business analysis, gap analysis and solution design.
• Recommend system improvements and best practices aligned with HR and payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll, HR administration or HR & payroll consulting.
• Proven hands‑on experience with SCAN HRMS (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek labour and social security legislation.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
