Management Development Program – Food & Beverage (Ignite)

About the role

The IGNITE Management Development Program at Amanzoe offers recent graduates an 18‑month fast‑track journey into ultra‑luxury hospitality. Participants start with a broad immersion across the resort and then specialise in Food & Beverage, gaining hands‑on operational experience and leadership training.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through key property areas to understand overall operations.
• Develop deep expertise in Food & Beverage, progressively taking on greater duties.
• Deliver personalised service that meets Aman’s ultra‑luxury standards.
• Follow an Individual Development Plan that combines on‑the‑job training, eLearning and Cornell University resources.
• Work closely with a senior mentor and lead projects to build leadership and business acumen.
• Analyse guest experience, financial performance and team dynamics to prepare for an Assistant Manager role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, completed within the last two years.
• Minimum one year of hospitality work or internship experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Adaptable, curious and motivated to assume increasing responsibility.
• Legal right to work in Greece and interest in a long‑term international career with Aman.
