Waiter – Luxury Resort (Greece)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, service‑oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter at Amanzoe. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, you will help ensure smooth, professional operation of our dining outlets and create memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with Amanzoe standards.
• Welcome, seat, and attend to guests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your station and surrounding area.
• Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar teams about guest needs and dietary requirements.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully and escalate issues when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English.
• Positive, flexible, professional, and guest‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced situations.
• Legal right to live and work in Greece.
