Villa Host / Butler for Luxury Villa in Amanzoe, Greece

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Host / Hostess (Butler) to join Amanzoe in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Villa Manager, the Villa Host oversees all aspects of villa operations, delivering personalized and intuitive service for villa owners and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of private villas, ensuring smooth, efficient and discreet service delivery.
• Provide exceptional personalized service, anticipating guest needs and meeting them promptly.
• Manage villa preparation and upkeep to Aman standards, maintaining comfort, cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless communication and service execution.
• Support villa owners and guests throughout their stay, ensuring an elevated, tailored experience.
• Assist with food and beverage service within villas, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and history to support personalized experiences.
• Address guest concerns with tact, efficiency and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong guest relations experience, especially with high‑profile clientele or villa owners.
• Solid operational background across Food & Beverage and Rooms Division.
• Previous butler service experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are desirable.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented mindset aligned with Aman’s values.
• Legal right to work in Greece.
